Issue in Customer Insights Unification importing data from Dynamics

Hello,

I'm trying to go through the unification process with data imported from Dataverse (Dynamics 365). Data is contact data which lies in "contact" entity.

I added the data source successfully and everything appears when I go to Entities and download the data.

However, when I try matching and merging the records (incl. all records), it only shows me 3 contacts where I should have around 5k:

Does anybody knows what could be the issue here?
