Can I use Multiple WareHouses in Dynamics GP ? How the Inventory of the item will be calculated as sum from it's assigned siteId's and let me know how this multiple warehouse works when i want to use it in an external C# application

You can definitely use multiple Warehouses classified as sites in GP, which can be maintained in the Inventory Module. Sites can be maintained in Inventory > Cards > Sites. Here Site information is maintained, Bins, Planning and Assignment of items to the site can be maintained. There are plenty of examples of applications outside GP, like Warehouse Management Systems, which utilize sites; the programming tool matters only in the way it connects to GP. The information about Inventory and Sites is all maintained in SQL tables.
