Adding a contact or an opportunity to an account

Good morning all,

When I open up any account to add an opportunity or contact the first time on that page it will let me.  So I put in all the information and click save.  Then I go back and try to add another contact or opportunity and the screen pops up, but none of the spaces for me to fill out the information come up.  So then I have to refresh and after I refresh I am allowed to add another contact or opportunity.  To sum up, I am not able to add multiple contacts or opportunities without refreshing the page.  Is this normal?  Has anyone experiences something like this before?

    Hi Alex,

    This is not expected behaviour, which browser are you using ?

    Try with Internet Explorer, there has some chrome browser issue .

    IN addition please clear browser cache , temp file and open CRM in Internet Explorer. Also when page is not opened just press f12 and go to console tab check you may get JS error.

    there is something broken with lastest google chrome.

    Are you using Google Chrome and quick create form?

    Might be the following known issue:
