Are you using TI or Business Object to import EDI? Check on the second and third tabs in the EDI Setup screen.
1) If TI, try to run the TI process from other workstations to see if that makes a difference.
2) Ensure that the latest version of MDAC is installed.
Here are the causes for error 20007 in other cases we have had (not specific to this screen):
1. Customizations - this is the most common cause
2. Corrupt client installation on the server where the Solomon program files were installed.
3. When using Integrated Logon in Solomon - improper user rights because of a user ID specified in the Solomon.ini file (Bug 9640 - which is fixed in 7.0).
4. Solomon client installed by a network user other than the domain admin
Also, what is the Build Version of the SL database?
