Hi,
Customer uses 2013 R2 latest CU Update. On Item List Page Copy Link to a page is available, on a specific Item Card it is not available.
Also not able to add it from customize ribbon band.
Any Idea? Not all users face the issue, User who faces the issue has Super Permission.

Hi, Have you tried using this user on other devices?
This may be a client problem, you can try reinstalling the client for that user to see if the problem will be solved.
