Create an E-mail with dynamic data for specific security group

I am working on a solution to create an Email with a table filled out with dynamic data from the CRM. The Email should be created and send on a Trigger Button. I am trying to do it with a Power Automate, but the security roles from the CRM can not be assinged to the Power Automate. Is there an other solution for that problem?
