SSRS How??? yes i am using crm 2013 on premise
Sandeep, this is what we can achieve without coding, but in case you are using CRM 2013 on-premise you can also create a SSRS report, with not everything but sufficient information
Hi Sandeep,
The maximum information you can get out of the system will be through following steps:
Click on Advance Find>>Look for System jobs>>Job type = Workflow>>Edit Columns/Add columns>>Results
Do as directed in my screenshots, it will tell what fields are involved in the workflow, if your workflows are running/Triggered on update of any field, or on create or on delete
Hi Sandeep,
Yes, you can delete/cancel processes in system jobs.
Advanced system jobs and filter based on your requirement like entity etc, then check whatever you want to delete.
No. Thats not possible.
@yadnyesh i was asking about this system jobs as there are many system jobs.. so is there a way for me to run a report, that tells where the fields is being used in workflows screens etc.
As per my knowledge, we don't have that option in ms crm
is there a way for me to run a report, that tells where the fields is being used in workflows
