Can we delete Unwanted workflows in system jobs..

HI Sandeep,
Yes You can delete workflows Bulk also in System Jobs.
For that Go to Settings-> Data Management -> Bulk Record Deletion -> click New to start the Bulk Deletion Wizard
Then It will give one Dialog Box then Click Next and Give Your Query
Like Following
Then It will delete all unwanted Workflows.

can we also delete one by one by seeing which is not required right?
Yes, You can. For that Go to Settings-> System Jobs and Select which Entity workflow you want Delete (Here By Default Entity Selection will be ALL) and Delete that Particular workflow. But it will take time for searching if you have huge no.of workflows and must have Patience for this... :)
Yes Sandeep. You can delete unwanted system jobs. Also, if any system job is in waiting stage, you will need to first cancel it and then delete it.
is there a way for me to run a report, that tells where the fields is being used in workflows
As per my knowledge, we don't have that option in ms crm

No. Thats not possible.
Hi Sandeep,
Yes, you can delete/cancel processes in system jobs.
Advanced system jobs and filter based on your requirement like entity etc, then check whatever you want to delete.
