Error when activate business rule

Hi

I have transfered a solution in a test enviroment and some of business rules wont activate. I get the following error message:

Action could not be taken for few records before of status reason transition restrictions. 

I`m on 2015 update 0,1 on-premise.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Try activating each process one by one to see the error - check that you are the owner of the process before you activate.

    Thanks I have deactivated all business rules and am trying to activate one by one. There are a few that will activate but not all.

    Do you know what the error message: "Action could not be taken for few records before of status reason transition restrictions." could be?

    I figured it out! The problem was the business rules had an if statement that checked a lookup field- When transfering to test this check failed and I hav to update the if statment in default solution.
