Hello I require help, and i cannot find a topic on this
here my problem,
We are running on: GP2010 SP4
There is a GP function which has been installed but the help file in relation to it does not appear when selecting the F1 or blue “?” (i.e. the help keys).
The functionality is called Navigation List Builder, which is accessed by selecting:
Microsoft Dynamics GP
Tools
Navigation List Builder
Navigation List Builder
When trying to access help the following appears:
'Cannot find the D:\PROGRAM FILES (X86)\MICROSOFT DYNAMICS\GP\NLBUILD.HLP file. Do you want to try to find this file yourself?'
On selecting No:
'Cannot find the D:\PROGRAM FILES (X86)\MICROSOFT DYNAMICS\GP\NLBUILD.HLP file. Check to see that the file exists on your disk. If it doesn't, you need to reinstall it.'
I have re-installed and selected all features but .hlp file doesn’t seem to be there, also checked on Microsoft site and unable to find anything. I contacted Nolan computers who where also unable to assist in getting this .hlp file available.
