I have facing some issue in Vendor collaboration.

    Hello Jacky,

    Please check if the workflow (Vendor user request (new user or modify user)) is created and activated successfully, the path is System administration > Workflow > User workflows

    And please post the thread on D365 finance forum if your question is about the D365F&O because there are more experts there.

    Could you share the screenshot of the workflow form?

    This error means that the workflow does not exist.
