Custom Filter doesn't apply to Grid after Returning from View Hierarchy

Dear Community,

We have a Grid with custom filter ( to list contacts of all child and grandchild accounts) applied in Contacts tab of the Account form. The custom filter is triggered on both Form onload event and Contact "Tab State Change" event. And It works perfectly.

But, When the user clicks on View Hierarchy and clicks back button in the browser, the applied custom filter resets and the grid lists all the contacts.

Have anyone encountered the same issue? Could you please advise how we could apply the custom filter in grid after returning from View Hierarchy Page.

It seems like the Form onLoad event is not triggered after returning from View Hierarchy Page but the grid refreshes and reverts back to the normal filter.

Can you try to add the custom filter code to the GridControl.addOnLoad event?
