Hi, I have a bit of a strange problem with Dynamics 365 Marketing and I am not sure where I'm going wrong. I'd like to hide the "Email" column from our marketing users. For this I am applying column-level security to control the access to the column. I define the segment and can see the count of the members, and the email column is hidden. This is expected behaviour and works well. I can also launch an outbound marketing journey against this segment and the emails are delivered. Now, when I use the same segment with the same email template but try launching a real-time marketing journey I receive this error message: "The attribute 'Email' cannot be used because it has additional security applied on it. Please contact your admin and review go.microsoft.com/.../I have followed the steps in the article above: enabled column level security in the advanced options of the email field in the contact table, created a new column security profile and added myself as a users to said profile. Any suggestions where I'm going wrong? Why is it working for outbound customer journeys but not for real time customer journeys? Thanks!
Hi DavidsMS,
I didn't find any information about this. You would better raise a ticket here to confirm this:
Power Platform admin center (microsoft.com)
This should work, please file a support ticket to have us investigate your environment.
Hi,
I am having the same issue. Did you find the solution?
