Business Portal Expense Reports (No Task Found)

I use Business Portal that is integrated/connect to back office (Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011). I'm experiencing an issue where when users enter tasks into a expense report, they receive an error (No Task Found). I've been trying to search online for a fix, or ideas where to look, but no luck. Any ideas? I'm new to Dynamics SL2011,  so if you have any questions, I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you for your time.

    The tasks will be viewed based on the Dynamics SL Projects Module. In the Project Maintenance Screen - Task tab, please re-check if the Task ID being selected by the user(s) in Business portal - Expense entry is Active for "PA". Only Active Tasks will be  accepted according to the validations.

    According to "PA Status", the tasks are active.

    Please check if the employee has the access to the tasks from Employee and Resource Maintenance (PA.EMP.00) and Click on Assignment Inquiry Button which will show the Projects and Tasks for Employee on the Assignment Inquiry Screen(PA.RTI.00)

    I've checked the Employee and Resource Maintenance (PA.EMP.00), entered the employee in question, and selected the Assignment Inquiry button. In the Assignment Inquiry Screen (PA.RTI.00), No task or projects are listed.
