5HI All,
1) I am trying to reserve the items in the sales line and release to warehouse. But for few items, system is not creating work LINES.
2) When I am searching in WORK creation history log, I am getting below error " Work Template B failed." , "Work Template C failed.", "Work Template D failed.", and also it is pointing to other work templates.
But the sales order is from other warehouse--> "Warehouse A"
3) Once all work templates failed, it is moving to next sales line.
4) Below is the error message and location directive configuration.
5) If i reserve the items again, then the WORK ID is getting created without any issue.
6) This is wasting double time for the user
