
IE web browser was previously working against our Sandbox MS hosted database. The MS CRM Sandbox was upgraded and since this point the IE browser access only shows the CRM menu and ACCOUNT or Contact level list view. However, any subsequent interrofgation of the account and/or contact causes a loop situation whereby the program loops around showing a message requesting data from Dynamics 365. This contiunues until session stopped. This problem does NOT OCCUR with Firefox. However, it also effects the use of CRM for OUTLOO as it uses the IE browser elents (I asume) as the same message and looping.
All still works correctly in LIVE - which was NOT upgraded.
Help - as this is extremely frustrating. both Sandbox and LIVE hosted by MS in Scotland.

Please try IE in inprivate mode and check whether it is caching issue (clear cache).
