Unable to change Retail Channel ID for Online store as it is auto generated

I need to understand how to change my Retail Channel ID to say 80198 for my online Stroe created in D365, This number is auto generated and im unable to find ways in which to change this as it is greyed out. is anyone able to help

    Please follow the below process to achieve the above.
     
    1. Navigate to Commerce Shared Parameters form in D365 F&O.
    2. Click on Number Sequences.
    3. Check the number sequence assigned for the retail channel ID and open the record.
    4. Under General enable 'Manual' flag
    Once the above configuration is done try creating a new online store and now you will get the ability manually input the retail channel id.
     
    Assuming that you can create a new online store I've given the above recommendation but if you want to change the existing online store's retail channel id and if it it has posted transactions then it is not possible to do and you can ignore the above process.
