Amount 31.55 from AR is not included.
Why its not included in the reversal and how to correct it?

Do you mean to say that you have a difference in opening balance for 2023 and the closing balace in 2022?
If so, the task for creating the opening balances might have been run before the last transaction was posted. In that case, you can rerun the opening balance job.
