omnichannel config error while config to environment

Hi Team,

While config omni channel admin powerplatform facing error-

Please wait a few moments and try again. If the problem persists, please contact Dynamics 365 support team for help.

and when i try to manually search environment -

To add this channel, you must have an active subscription to Dynamics 365 for Customer Service Chat or Digital Messaging.

i have powerbi license and Dynamics 365 trial instance license.

It would be great if anyone help me.

    Hi,

    Did you get a fix for this , I'm facing the same problem , created a trial customer service , added a trial Power BI Pro licence , went through the Data Access consent , and trying to configure Omnichannel get this Internal Server Error (transaction is = xxxxxx)
