I recently bought a License for POS 2009 so that I could convert a local business retail into one with a low cost POS system. Everything seems to be running fine on Windows 7, however when in the reports section (generate reports) instead of showing the USD $ symbol and currency it instead shows the British pound symbol and currency. The only currency the POS is set for is USD as well as windows. We cannot figure out why it's showing this currency instead of the USD one. I understand that this product is no longer supported and it appears help for it has vanished off the face of the Earth. Any help appreciated.

Good news! POS 2009 is still supported. You can open a support request by calling 888-477-7877. You can also set up a service plan through the sales operations team @ 800-456-0025.
It sounds like it may be a bug, but we would need to do more troubleshooting to determin this.
