The amount in the payable distribution line doubles

when saving the invoice in the Transaction Entry, the amount in the payable distribution line doubles.  The account is not linked to AA and only one user is having this issue.

Any one know, what is causing this and how to resolve?  Please help.

    Hello Bab,

Thanks for the update. If it is only happening with imported invoices then the issue is most likely due to the importation process. Unfortunately I do not support 3rd party importing, however if you are using Integration Manager to import you could open a support incident to have an IM Engineer take a closer look at it.

    Thanks Dan.

This is happening only to the imported invoices.

    Hello Bab,

Is this happening every time for this user? If so can you replicate it without importing and just manually entering the transaction into GP?

If you can confirm that this issue does not happen while manually entering the transaction then the issue would be with the import process and not with GP.

If this is the only time this has happened there may have been a hickup in the system or during the importation that could have caused this. In that case I would recommend just deleting/voiding the invoice and re-enter/re-import.

If you are able to replicate the issue when manually entering transactions then I would suggest opening a support incident so an engineer can take a more detailed look at the issue and table data.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,

    The transactions are imported.

And this happens only if we try to edit some fields, and save the transctions.

Are the transactions being manually created or imported/integrated somehow?
