Test & Enable Mailbox shows everything is successful, but not receiving emails

Just enabled mailbox for a user which has "System Administrator" sec role with this "Synchronization Method":

Incoming: Server-Side Synchronization or Email Router

Outgoing: Server-Side Synchronization or Email Router

Appointments, Contacts, and Tasks: Server-side Synchronization 

And after save and "Test & Enable Mailbox" it shows me everything is successful, and i can send emails but no emails is received even after couple of days, also I can send and receive emails using outlook and everything is fine.

After enabling log and digging i found the following error:

Don't know what causing "401: Unauthorized" error. Any help or suggestion would be appreciated.
