Refresh Spam Score button doesn't update the score ( AI - Spam Score on a Marketing Email)

HI guys,

Today I've been playing with the AI Spam Score Preview Feature. It is really impressive overall. However, the refresh button doesn't seem to refresh the spam score.

Steps to replicate:

1. create a marketing email with some content 

2. Preview and Calculate Spam Score (once you have enabled the AI settings). Take a note of the score.

3. Change the email content. You can even completely replace it with different content. 

4. Preview and Calculate the score again, click the refresh button.

Actual: the score, once calculated, never changes. 

Has anybody else got the same issue? Do we know what is the proper channel or way to give feedback for Preview features?

    many thank for this. What is the best way to get in touch with you directly?

    In the meanwhile, our org is  28e732bf-8b89-4df9-937f-f541cf91930b // org4e8313f9. The emails I was playing with were

    - Spam Score Test 2.

    I created this email, using one of the OOTB templates to start with. Calculated the Spam score and got 46. Then I tried to break it, made the font as big as it allowed me to, removed the unsubscribe links, used the same colour for the background and the text. I still get 46.  I thought it might be a timing issue, but tried yesterday and today and it's still the same.

    - The same is happening with  Event Reminder 1, which is stuck on spam score 26.

    Looking forward to working with you to get to the bottom of this.
