Multiple document version for same data in AIF outbound AX 2012

Hi experts,

We have one outbound integration, once in a while which is generating multiple document versions as shown below (Other days which create only one document version). Which is creating duplicate entries in external system.

outbound setup.

Number of limit record set to 5000, when this issue had occurred that time it had exported around 300 records. Not sure on what basis its generating multiple versions. both the version of xml data is same.
