Does anyone know how to mass delete the table tenant media. I doesn't seem to access it since it a system table.

We need to delete all the pictures associated with the items. This is the online version and not on-prem

You can delete media not associated with anything (orphan) using Data Administration.

However, I think you need to do development to delete only media associated with Items.
