License Information in BC Cloud

Posted on by 32,671

MS provides BC user licenses via some main
resellers, not directly to end customers. This is
maybe the reason why main license details are
not shown in O365 Admin, License area, but provider details. Only the count of the user licenses are shown, but details like purchase date and due date not.

It seems that these kind of infos are only available in the reseller portal. Is that true?

Is there a different way to get these informations (dates)? Powershell (Export license infos) does not work for BC Cloud afaik, also table "License Information" is not available.

    Hello,

In BC itself there is a license section on the user card? This may give you some info, but purchase dates and due date are not stored there. Maybe contact your partner and have them provide you that information?

    Thank you.
