Hide / Archive an Old Item Card

Morning,

Is there a way please, of hiding or archiving an old item card. We have raised a duplicate, though a transaction has been made on it. We don't wish to delete it, just hide it from view or archive it.

We have marked it as blocked for sale and purchase in the mean time.

Hi Amy

Having practically experienced the same issue, we used to prefix the item with Z so that it falls to the bottom of the list
