Report showing all form submissions across multiple forms?

We are in the process of transitioning from ClickDimensions to Dynamics for Marketing.  WIth ClickDimensions, there was a 'Posted Forms' view which would give me a report of all posted form records over a specified date range (the form name, the contact name, form submission date, etc).

I'm having trouble finding a similar view in Dynamics for Marketing.  I can use the insights to see submissions to one form at a time, but I would like a summary view for all (we have over 100 forms so reviewing submissions one at a time is not sustainable).

Any tips on how to pull a report of all submissions over a specified date range?  Thanks!

    Hallo Jason,

while we have not an overarching insights view for form submissions across all forms, Campaigns, etc. directly in the Dynamics 365 Marketing product it is not to hard to create a Power BI report for the same.

For your convenience I have made a quick report using our marketing reporting capabilities for Power BI. Please find the template for download here

It contains a homepage for all the forms you may have, the form submission timeline, submission details view and a breakdown for the submitted values. Find an overview of the report here.

    Hello Christian,

I am running into an issue when using the report template for Form Submissions. I get an error that the field 'SubmittedValues' is not found in the FormSubmitted table. This is causing the rest of the data to fail to load. I can validate that there is at least one form with submissions and I can see the submitted values in the D4M interface.  Any ideas on how to resolve this?  The other MarketingAnalyzer templates that do not pull in Form Submissions work fine and pull in the data.

    Thank you.
