Hi guys,
We have a requirement to create flag (Yes/No) if a document/file has been uploaded in documents associated grid (Sharepoint). Basically it should be set to YES if there's any document uploaded and NO if there isn't.
Any thoughts on how to query from Sharepoint based on the uploaded files?
We are using Dynamics CRM Online 8.2

Yeah I've checked the 'Document Location' and didn't find any relevant information to check if there's an uploaded file/document.
I think we will go with the hard way to retrieve the files from Sharepoint.

You also can do a extra checking to check if the url contain sharepoint any related item that can help you.
If you worry about user is going to create a record without uploading anything and you have knowledge about Sharepoint, you can write your own code to retrieve the items from Sharepoint, but this is not going to be easy.

Thanks for the reply.
Document Locations are just placeholder/folder of the attachments and can't check if there's really an uploaded file/document.
It will still create 'Document Location' even though users didn't upload a file.

Hi,
there is an entity called document location, you can write your own code to check if the document location's record contain the regarding to your record.
