Every once in a while the users report this error appearing

they press "ok" and continue working , is this a disconnection with the server or something much more serious.

Your feedback is mostly appreciated,

If you have the Support Debugging Tool for GP, I would recommend using that tool to run a DexSQL log and a SQL trace.  If you do not have the tool it is free on customer source.  Either way a trace will definitely help you track down the problem.

Let me know if you would like me to check your SQL trace.

    Hi N. W.!

I haven't seen this error before however when looking through our internal databases I was unable to locate this error. Do you have any third party products installed within Dynamics GP? If so this could be caused by a third party.

If you do have third parties installed I would recommend following the KB article below and disable all third parties to rule those out.

872087 Steps to disable third-party products or temporarily disable additional products in the Dynamics.set file in Microsoft Dynamics GP

If the issue continues after disabling the third parties please let us know.
