SL - FED9 Calculation not working for one employee

Multiple employees have the FED9 calculation taken correctly.  I have one employee who this pay period is exceeding the $200,000 limit for the first time and the FED9 does not calculate anything.  I have checked all settings against the most recent update from Microsoft and I already have employees who have FED9 taken.  What could I be missing?

    Hi Harry.  We did look at that article it's setup correctly.  We are on the line with Microsoft support right now and they are stumped so far.  I'll post a resolution when we get one.  Thanks!
