Hi All,

Basically, I am trying to create a workflow process to go hand-in-hand with Click Dimensions.

It needs to be able to check the lead process stage (i.e. Identified/Contacted) and send an email based on that criteria...

Does anyone know how/if this is possible?

create a custom field on lead form , get process stage and set dummy optionset values "a" and "b". after that write workflow to sen email on the basis of optionset selected. find the link to sent email : www.magnetismsolutions.com/.../send_workflow_email_from_executing_user_dynamics_crm_2011
