1. Business Essentails
2. Advance Management
3. Single-User Standard
4. Multi-User Standard
5. Professional
Does the behaviour of Web Services remains same irrespective of Edition or it affects its scope or usage in any way?

As long as you have the WS key installed, the versions above will not make a difference.
