Can't run HITB Reset - 'item is on open PO Return'

I am trying to create the HITB report for the first time, and getting this error on several items.  Reviewing the returns, these are all really old ones from several years ago, and they are all closed out as far as we can see.  I suspect some sort of doctoring will need to be done in SQL to fix this, but I am not sure what table to edit or what field needs to be changed to flag a PO Return as closed.  The PO's are all closed in the system, nothing further can be entered on the front end, so I'm not sure what else to do to clear these so we can create the HITB report.

    Hello Rob,

This error is due to records in POP10300, look for POPTYPE (4,5,6,7)

I have previously written some stuff about the HITB, and such special cases:

HITB Essentials series - SEE Table

HITB Essentials series - Tool Deployment

    Your feedback is highly appreciated,
