Hello everyone,
Now in Ax365, what is the equivalent of .auc files in Ax 2012? How to clear the cache? I found this page where it says enter the Transportation management-> Setup-> Load building-> Load building strategies form and click on Generate class list button. Is it right?

This post by ievgen Miroshnikov will give you some pointers:

    https://community.dynamics.com/ax/b/ievgensaxblog/archive/2016/11/08/ax-7-clear-extension-framework-cache-from-ui

    also see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/operations/dev-itpro/user-interface/tile-list-caching-workspaces

and Lachlan also has a video on his site on Tile cache

That's all I have in notes for 365 cache.

Your blog post is unrelated. Client cache stored AOT objects in a local user profile, and has nothing to do with Usage data!

AX 7 is web-based, so there is no AUC files anymore, which was generated in the old versions' physically running client. I think the cache is held server-side, or in your browser in form of cookies (just guessing here).

So the cache that you actually flush by Ievgen's blog post belongs to objects and code that is for the server-side.
