A Workstream is required on D365CS and for some reason I can't pass the Behaviour set up as the "Next" button is grey out.
Any idea why that is happening?

Thanks for your reply, but that wasn't the case.
I had to client a new Application ID and a new Customer Service Environment and start all from scratch again as there is no proper tutorial and the actual tutorials and the UI are not consistent.
So, my Workstream is working now after hours of waiting for the changes to be made as every change takes 15 minutes to get in place.

This is because your Authentication setting and you don't have Authentication setting record.
When I turn off it, the Next button could be clicked.
So you could turn off this or create chat authentication settings.
