Hello,,,

we have a gift card created from POS,

when we make a statement to by the end of the day and posted the statement we found out that the gift card transactions are posted as logon not sales.

so there is no value for giftcard transactions on AX,,

how to adjust transactions to sales and post them again?

    Hi,

Can you elaborate what you mean by 'logon'? What is this exactly that is posted?

Would be greate if you could provide some additional explanations.

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

logon type : this type when user logon to POS system  save this transaction  as logon all logon or logoff transaction not calculated trans  , for more about POS transaction type through this link .

in this case the system save sales transaction as logon that mean this transactions not included in restatement .

I think this is a bug in system .

I am suspecting a duplication of transaction ID. Cos your gift card windows shows the time as 10:49 AM (not able to see the date) and the sales transaction window shows the time as 04:28 PM. Just compare the transaction data you have on POS database vs the data you have on HQ. I am sure they are different transactions.
