Want to copy one field value to another field using SSIS kingswaySoft on Dynamics 365

Posted on by 323

Hi,

I have two Int fields on custom entity, I want to copy primary field value to another field and set null value to primary field using SSIS KingswaySoft. I need to update value if optionset value equals to 1. I have used "Derived column" to filter based on optionset value but it still not filtering records and also not updating second field value with primary field.

Could you please help me on this issue?

Thanks

Pradip

    Hi Pradip Raj,

You will need to use a Dynamics CRM Source with a Source Type of FetchXML to retrieve the original values in the custom entity when the option set values is one. You will then need to create a Derived Column to store a null value. Finally, create a Dynamics CRM Destination and map the Primary field column to the Second Field, and the null Derived Column to the Primary Field.
