Hi

Just discovered som additional filter criterias in Customer Insights Journey Analytics Dashboard.

The default is Months but when that value is selected the Dashboard is empty. I have to change to Months (Calender), Years or Years (calender) to see any analytics.

Anyone knows why and what the difference between them is?

I have the same question (0)

The regular Month filter looks at a specific number of months back from the current date (e.g., 3 months from today’s date). It's a relative time frame, meaning it will display data from the last few months up to today.

While the Months (calendar) applies to complete calendar months (e.g., June, July, August), regardless of today's date. So if you select "3 months (Calendar)," you will get data from June 1st to August 31st, even if today is mid-October.

Same thing for the Week & Year filters.
