Hi all,
We have two different instances of D365 on-premises both are version 1612 (8.2.2.112).
As far as we can tell from all of the deployment configuration options these two orgs are identical.
However in one org we cannot send an email from a "Queue" and instead are presented with an option to send from "Team". Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think sending from a team is even possible?
Anyway any idea why we might be seeing this difference in two seemingly identical orgs and how we can change this setting?
The below screenshots are taken from the FROM lookup on a standard email form in the classic UI but we're seeing the same when using the send email step in the workflow designer as well.
