Adobe PDF Cuts Off When Selecting the Send To Option

Posted on by 1,295

Customer reported the following issue:

They are on version 9.0 GP and 9.0 Adobe.  When her users print directly to the pdf printer, they have no problem.  If they print to screen and the select the send to option for pdf, the report cuts off parts of the bottom and/or sides.  We tried changing the Printing Preferences of the Adobe Printer to Custom 8.5 X11 and that did not fix it.  Also, checked systems requirement doc for version 9.0 of GP - only supports adobe 6, 7, and 8.  They tried installing one of these versions of Adobe and still have the same issue.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Nancy
