How to delete a worker's employment created in the wrong legal entity

Good afternoon,

I'm stuck trying to delete an employment for a worker.

An employment was created but right after the user realized that he had assigned it to the wrong legal entity.

The system allows to modify the dates but not the legal entity. And it is impossible to delete it as far as I know.

Have you ever encountered this problem, and if so, how did you solve it?

    Hi,

    Just try to delete the employment history for the worker from - Worker >> Action pane tab >> Version >> Employment history.

    Delete the employment history for that worker - Now the worker will be removed, and it will be available on Inactive worker page.

    Now navigate to Inactive worker page >> Select that particular worker >> Action pane tab >> Version >> Employment history >> Click on New >> Give all the details with correct legal entity.

    Now the worker will be in active worker list page with the correct legal entity you selected.

    I am not sure this will work but you can give it a try.

    Hi Dynamix,

    I addition to Girish feedback, You can try to delete the employee. It means that you navigate to the legal entity that the worker is employed incorrectly, and try to delete it form that legal entity (Human resources > Workers > Employees) then a record will be removed form Employment history.

    PS. You may need to run "Populate project resources across all companies" batch job in advance.
