Right now, i got a client unsubscribe me and the bulk email will turn from "allow' to ' do not allow'.
But now, they had subscribed to me again from the subscription page, and status for bulk email still remains do not allow.
i expect once they subscribe again, the status for bulk email will change from do not allow to allow.
Does anyone got this concern or answer?

Hi Johnson,
It seems that the client still has the do not allow checbox checked since Subscription center pages are prefilling current state.
An option for you would be to add a javascript logic to your page to clear the 'do not email' field when some lists are subscribed.

Another potential option could be to try to implement with another email category than bulk, such as transactional.
