    Hello Serge,

     From Settings>>Customization>>Customize the System

it will open a default solution window where in entity hierarchy you need to add new custom entity let's say "My New Form".

once you added you will see it under Entity Hierarchy, then when you click on it you will see the configuration area of this entity on right hand side of same window where you will see options of area's where you need to show it's navigation.

Options are Sales , Services, Marketing and Setting. You need to check the box save and publish and close this window. Once you refresh Ctrl + F5 you will see your new custom entity link in the area you selected from the configuration.

Mark it verified if you find it right answer.

    Thanks

    Yogesh

    Hi Serge,

As it is custom entity it will show under extension block only. However you can try to shift using xrmtoolkit se where you need to use sitemap editor plugin.

If you find it useful then please mark this answer as verified.

    Thanks

    Hi Serge,

You can download it from here..https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/...

And use sitemap editor plugin. I am not with my laptop so can't give you screenshots. Its easy to use you can easily understand.

    Thanks

This a great tool and I was able to move it to the Sales category. The only thing is the you cannot simply move the item but instead you need to copy it and paste it to sales group, then after that delete the extension group
