Hello,

From time to time we see this error. Currently we have one user experiencing it for all appointments she schedules. Outlook shows that it is tracked to dynamics but wont come into Dynamics.

Her user settings are in line with other users who are not experiencing this issue.

Is there any way to troubleshoot these errors or a fix that anyone is aware of? Thanks!
