Backup Not Showing

I do not have the Backup options within the Admin Center.

From my research I just need to be part of the System Admin or System Customizer, which I am.

Is there something else I am missing?

The Environment is the default environment. Also I am unsure if there is any special licensing or groups that need to happen that I have been unable to find documentation on yet.

Hi Clinton Booze,

Please make sure you are using production and sandbox environments. If so, you need raise a ticket to ask Microsoft Supporter to update environment state.

Hi Clinton,

Power Apps automatically creates a single default environment for each tenant, which is shared by all users in that tenant.

You cant take the Backup or see the Backup option against default environment.

All your environments, except Trial environments (standard and subscription-based), are backed up automatically or can be backed up manually.
