How to "Start Over" with SmartLists in a Test Environment

Hi:

We have a separate test environment containing the default SmartLists, some SmartList favorites, and SmartLists created through a third-party tool.

In this test environment, we want to (a) delete all SmartLists and (b) use SQL importing to import only the default SmartLists from production into test.

We know how to conduct the SQL importing.  We just need to know which SQL tables to delete the SmartList data from and which tables to import the default SmartLists from.

    Along with what Beat mentioned, if it is a test environment and you want to take SmartList back to only the defaults, meaning all SmartList favorites and custom SmartLists would be gone, as in a 'new' install of SmartList, you could potentially re-initialize SmartList feature using the scripts/steps mentioned in this blog:

    community.dynamics.com/.../quot-problem-ascertaining-version-information-quot-error-when-installing-or-upgrading-microsoft-dynamics-gp

    After you run the scripts then launch GP Utilities again, it'll setup the SmartList feature to have only default information in the tables, again, like a brand new install of Dynamics GP.
