Real Time Segment based on behaviour block

Created a Segment based on "has had an email sent in the last 28 days" , and then picked the email I'm looking for ,  I can see on the email insights that its sent to about 15 people , but the segment doesn't show anything. 

Anyone seen this before , it just doesn't work!!

    Hey,

    I tried it on my instance and it worked as intended. Note that the member preview functionality on behavioral queries within the realtime-segment builder does not work.

    However the query based on interaction within the realtime area worked for me and once the segment was READY I got a list of members (based on past e-mail interactions | E-mail send in the last 1 Month)

    Hi Anthony Rutter,

    Is the email you are using is a marketing email in outbound marketing?

    When I manually send a marketing email to a contact, a segment is automatically created, and the contact is added to the segment:

    When I use attributes to build real-time marketing segment, it works fine.

    But when I use the behavior build, it doesn't respond.

    I didn't find documentation describing the content, but I think it needs to be tried once using a real-time marketing email.
