I have a cleint who is setting up their MR 2012 users. They are licensed for 11 Admin/Designers and have 18 Light Users. They set up 4 designers and were entering the viewers. When they go to 11 that was as many as they could add. Why is that? I thought the 18 light users would allow them to setup a total of 18 users of which 11 could be admin and the other 7 viewers.

If you look in the Registration window in Management Reporter (under the Tools menu), how many users does is show there? There are two rows, one for Admin/Designer and one for Generator/Viewer? Does that number correspond to the number of users that you believe you have? If not, you may need to check on the registration keys that you are using to make sure they are correct.
