Posted on by 315

When I print statements for customers only the balance is printed.  How can I get the monthly transactions to show up on the statements?

Yes you can, I have done it for a customer, who billed water, propane, electricity, sewer, garbage disposal, etc, I even included meter readings on it, so It can be done, its just a matter of properly adjusting the dates (Cut off, Summarize to and date to print)

I would like to print a receivable statement from Sales>>Routines>> Statements.

Our compnay statements are printed for residents with our address and logo on a monthly basis.  This statements are mailed to our residents showing what transactions occurred during that month such as amount of rent owing, footcare charges, hairdressing charges and all payments received, along with the account balance.

Is there a way of showing this much detail on these customer statements?

You can print a receivable statement by going into "Reports" then "Analysis", then in drop down box select Receivable Transactions. You can  select all your parameters and also select that you want your report in detail. You can sort by "customer" in the ranges. I also use this report when closing our quarters and get all the detail needed per customer.

I am using MS Dynamics Ver. 10.0.  Yes, I can  print the Aged Trial Balance w/Options report with details.

I would like to print a receivable statement at month end for our residents showing a list of all transactions for that month with their account balance.   I can print the receivable statement but it only shows the account balance with no detail.  How can I get the statement to print with the details?

Not sure what version of MS Dynamics you're using but in Ver.10.00 if you select the "Aged Trial Balance w/Options report you must put a check mark in the box at the top that says " In Detail". I run these reports all the time and I get detail information for each customer. Hope this helps.
