Sign in personal account failed with iphone.

Hello,
My team is trying to take remote QA & QC in construction with Remote Assist.
I just started the remote assist 90 day trial with my company account and personal account(as the external user like B2B client or on-site worker).
The problem is while I sign in my personal account(xxxx@gmail.com) with iPhone, it'll fail and show like this screenshot below. (I've tried with two different iPhone and both happened.)

But if I sign in the same account with android mobile, it succeed and work.
Also, if I sign in my company account with iPhone, it works and I could call my team member successfully.
Apologies if this question has been asked before.
Hope there's any suggestions on how to solve the issue.

    Thank you for the answer.

    I saw the documentation and think it's for HoloLens user?

    In my case, I could sign in the organize's account succeed, however I fail to sign in the personal account with the same iPhone app and the same network.

    And I could also sign in the personal account with android mobile phone using the same wifi network.

    Hi, Did you get root cause for this ?

    For me the same sign in failure happening on iPad devices with organization account. We were able to sign in to Android and iPhone devices.

    Hello, Kerry.  Can you confirm how your external account is configured within your company tenant?

    * External accounts configured via Teams Freemium are supported for Remote Assist mobile.

    * External accounts configured via Azure AD B2B are unsupported for Remote Assist mobile.

    * External accounts not connected to AD at all are unsupported for Remote Assist mobile.
