My team is trying to take remote QA & QC in construction with Remote Assist.
I just started the remote assist 90 day trial with my company account and personal account(as the external user like B2B client or on-site worker).
The problem is while I sign in my personal account(xxxx@gmail.com) with iPhone, it'll fail and show like this screenshot below. (I've tried with two different iPhone and both happened.)
But if I sign in the same account with android mobile, it succeed and work.
Also, if I sign in my company account with iPhone, it works and I could call my team member successfully.
Apologies if this question has been asked before.
Hope there's any suggestions on how to solve the issue.
